Return Policy
1. Company Scope
Texas Harbor Trading LLC operates as an international trading company supplying goods to retail and wholesale customers globally.
This Return Policy applies to all orders unless otherwise specified in a separate written agreement.
2. Return Eligibility
Returns may be accepted under the following conditions:
* Return request is submitted within 30 calendar days from delivery date
* Items are unused, unopened, and in original packaging
* Items are in resalable condition
* Proof of purchase is provided
Returns must be approved prior to shipment back to the company.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following categories are non-returnable unless defective:
* Used personal care or hygiene products
* Clearance or final sale items
* Customized or special-order products
* Perishable or sealed goods once opened
4. Damaged or Incorrect Shipments
Any claim regarding damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 7 calendar days of delivery.
Required documentation:
* Order number
* Photographic evidence of product and packaging
* Description of issue
Claims submitted after the stated period may not be accepted.
5. Return Shipping Responsibility
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
* Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
* Seller is responsible only for verified defective or incorrect shipments
6. Inspection & Approval
All returned items are subject to inspection upon receipt. Approval is required before any refund or replacement is issued.
